Having come back from India not so long ago (as you probably know, I talked about it a lot) the thought of being able to eat a VEGAN LADU (capitalised for reasons of importance) is pretty exciting. <br /><br />I'm with you on the dosa and I can't understand why they wouldn't be vegan. Of all the things available in India, I knew I could always rely on a good old dosa to stave off the hunger monster.
