I've been somewhat busy - in a good way of course. As usual a break in posting means that life has been too hectic, rather than not hectic enough :)A lot has happened in the past 10 months, including marriage and extensive travel in the US, UK and Ireland - eating in some of the world's best v*gan restaurants in the process. It's fair to say that life is going very well indeed.
The post back log currently stands at 27 (photographed and waiting to be written), but for now I'll leave you with the gastronomic highlight of our recent New York trip - a vegan donut sundae from Dunwell Donuts in Brooklyn :)
